BOOKING AND PAYMENT

 

Nailster.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can always shop.

 

To shop at Nailster.com you must be 15 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 15, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to enter the purchase.

 

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can right up to the actual ordering date correct in the contents of the shopping cart, and you can check the content and the price of the goods on a regular basis.

 

Any additional payments for e.g. freight and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

 

When you're ready to order, click on "Go to Payment" where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, form of payment and choose delivery form.

 

You can change content in the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "For payment" button. Then your order goes on to Nailster.com.

 

Prices on the website are incl. Danish VAT.

 

We accept the following payment cards:

Visa, Visa credit card, Visa electron, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, JCB and American express.

 

The amount is initially raised first on your card when the item is shipped. In case of pre-orders, the money is raised before the item has been shipped.

 

Nailsteruk's redemption agreement only allows Nailster.com to reserve the money for 5 days in the system, upon which Nailster.com will raise the money from your card. In some cases, increased delivery time will overlap with this timeframe, which means that your money will be deducted before the item is shipped.

 

Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after your order.

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship with GLS. Once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with the package number with which you can track your preferred freight website. Items in stock are delivered within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

 

Price without distribution: 2,5 GBP.

Price with distribution: 5 GBP

 

If you do not collect your order within the stated collection period (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. For a refund, a new shipping fee of 5 GBP will be charged. This also applies if you have not received advice. According to the mail, the customer is responsible for keeping an eye on a package they are waiting for.

14 DAYS RIGHT TO WITHDRAW.

 

When you shop online and at Nailster.com you have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

 

In order to make the cancellation right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item by unambiguous statement.

 

The notification must be sent to info@nailster.com, or by using the standard cancellation form. In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  

The right of cancellation expires on the day you received the item. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following working day will be extended (Also valid for pre-orders). In the case of multiple items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or a product delivered in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item or lot.

 

Return is for the customer's own account and the costs will not be covered by Nailster.com.

 

The condition of the product when you return it

 

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.

 

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, according to the law of remote trade, Nailster.com may refuse all the money, but in cooperation with the customer, will find a fair refund amount. This only applies if the item is not of the same value as the receipt, and that Nailster can not sell the product as new and at new price.

 

Goods except for the right of withdrawal

Return

 

You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When you ship a returnpackage to us, we recommend that you attach a note with your order number and write what you want to get out of the return - the expedition will be the fastest. Eg. However, Nailster.com pays shipping costs from Nailster.com to the customer at another delivery.

 

NOTE:

 

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because:

Repayment of purchase amount

 

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

 

We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

RECLAMATION - IF ANYTHING IS WRONG.

 

Your purchase covered by the purchase act, including the lack rules. This means that you can either get a deficient, swapped, money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

SMS Service

 

Nailster.com accepts the right, as a service, to remind the customer via SMS about purchases that were not completed, delivery information regarding customers order, favorable offers and the like.

LAW AND VALUATION

 

Purchase of goods at www.Nailster.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
